Basement Bar & Bathroom Rough-In for our clients, the Theurer family. They requested new plumbing through their walls for a bar sink and vanity. The 1" x 6" studs were not structural; joists rested on the block wall. After many holes, the new drain and tub were roughed in. Click the image for a full before-and-after reveal.
